Terms of use

1. What BhejoCV is

BhejoCV is software. It shows job adverts we have collected and checked, and it helps you send your own applications from your own Gmail account to recruitment agencies and employers. You apply; we provide the tool.

2. What BhejoCV is not

• We are not a recruitment agency, a manpower consultancy or a visa agent.
• We do not place candidates, interview, shortlist or sponsor anyone.
• We take no money from any employer or agency, ever. Our only income is the fee you pay us.
• We cannot promise you a job, an interview, a reply, a visa or a salary. Nobody honestly can.

3. About the job adverts

Adverts come from agencies, recruiters and public posts. We check each one before publishing and we show you the original poster wherever we have it, so you can judge for yourself. But we do not control these companies and we cannot guarantee that every advert is current, accurate or that the position still exists.

Protect yourself. Agencies licensed in India must show an MEA licence number. Be suspicious of anyone who asks for money for a job, promises a visa without an interview, or will only talk on WhatsApp. Never pay anyone in exchange for a job offer. If you spot something wrong in an advert of ours, tell us at hello@bhejocv.com and we will remove it.

4. Your licence

• A licence is for one person on one Google account. Sharing a key is not allowed, and the app will stop working on accounts it was not issued for.
• If you change phone or Google account, you can move your licence yourself, up to three times.
• Licences run for the period you paid for: one month, three months or one year.
• A Coach licence covers the number of people stated when you bought it.

5. Using it sensibly

You agree not to use BhejoCV to send spam, to apply using false information, to harass recruiters, or to copy our company directory for resale or redistribution. The directory is the result of a lot of work and remains ours. Accounts doing any of this may be suspended without refund.

Daily sending limits exist to protect your own Gmail account. Do not try to work around them.

6. Payment and refunds

• Prices are shown on our site and charged in Indian rupees. Payment is by UPI.
• Your licence starts when we send you the key.
• If the app does not work and we cannot fix it within seven days, email us and we will refund the unused part of your period.
• We do not refund because you did not get a job, did not get replies, or did not use the app. We sell the tool, not an outcome.
• If we suspend a licence for breaking section 5, no refund is due.

7. Your Google account

BhejoCV works inside your own Google account with the permissions you approve. You can withdraw them at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops the app working but leaves your data in your Drive. What we access and why is set out in our privacy policy.

8. Interruptions

BhejoCV runs on Google's services. From time to time they are slow or unavailable, and we may also pause the service for maintenance or improvements. We will keep that to a minimum, but we cannot promise the app is available every minute.

9. Limits of our responsibility

We do our best, but we are not responsible for a job you did not get, an agency that did not reply, an employer who treated you badly, money you paid to someone else, or a decision you made based on an advert. If we are found responsible for something, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

10. Ending it

You may stop using BhejoCV whenever you like. We may end a licence if these terms are broken, or if we close the service — in which case we refund the unused part of what you paid.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change anything important, we will update this page and email anyone with an active licence. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For anything at all, write to hello@bhejocv.com — a real person reads it.
