Who we are
BhejoCV is an independent product, run by a small team working across India and the Middle East. A few trusted colleagues help us check agencies and job adverts; they see only the company directory and the adverts we publish, never your personal data, your CV or your email.

What the app asks permission for, and why
When you first open BhejoCV, Google asks you to approve a short list of permissions. Here is exactly what each one is used for. Nothing is used for any other purpose.

Limited use
BhejoCV's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. In plain terms: we use this access only to provide the features described above, we do not transfer it to anyone else, we do not use it for advertising, and no human at BhejoCV ever reads your email.
Where your data lives
- In your Google account: your CVs, your company list, every application you send, the replies you receive, and your notes. These sit in a file called "BhejoCV – my data" in your own Google Drive. You own it. You can open it, edit it or delete it at any time, with or without us.
- On our side: your licence key, the Google account email it is bound to, your plan and expiry date, the trades you have subscribed to, the date of your last licence check, and your order details if you bought a licence.
We hold no copies of your CV, your applications or your emails. If our systems disappeared tomorrow, everything you have built would still be in your own Google Drive.

Email we send you
We send: your licence key and setup guide when you buy, renewal reminders, and at most one job alert a day — and only when new jobs matching your trades were added. We do not send marketing emails. To stop alerts, reply STOP to any alert or email us.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
- We never give your contact details to recruitment agencies or employers.
- We never read, store or analyse email unrelated to your own applications.
- We never post, apply or send anything on your behalf without you tapping to do it, except the follow-ups you yourself scheduled.
- We never use artificial intelligence on your personal data. Job adverts we publish are public recruitment notices, not your information.
Keeping it safe
Access to our systems is limited to the owner, protected by a Google account with two-step verification. Communication with Google happens over encrypted connections. Because your own data stays in your Google account, the security of your Google account is the strongest protection you have — please use a strong password and two-step verification on it.
How long we keep things
Licence and order records are kept while your licence is active and for two years afterwards, which is what we need for renewals, receipts and tax records. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record of the sale.
Your choices
- Remove the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The app stops working immediately; your data file stays in your Drive.
- Delete your data by deleting that file from your Drive. It is yours.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@bhejocv.com.
Children
BhejoCV is for people of working age and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and email anyone with an active licence. The date at the top always shows the current version.
